Notification Of Clinic
Inform both pick-up and recipient IVF/Storage facilities of transfer of reproductive sample in order to complete any process required of them.
Contact Kryogen Systems and complete their documentation process to engage their services.
Documentation exchange
The pick-up clinic/storage facility sends documents to the recipient facility which the later will check and decide if they wish to go ahead to accept the frozen reproductive sample
Non-refundable payment
Once all parties are in agreement on pick-up and delivery, a full non-refundable payment is made for the movement of the reproductive sample.
Shipping management and execution
Kryogen Systems will take up communication with both facilities to decide on the best dates for pick up and delivery of reproductive sample.
