These shippers are FAA approved and are quality assured to ensure they are safe for transport and preservation of optimal temperature and environment for the embryos.
Both transit and temperature of the embryos are tracked from pickup to delivery and we navigate the rigours and complexities of customs documentation and clearance.

We use vapour shippers are made by world-renown cryogenic equipment manufacturer, Taylor Wharton. These shippers are used for the safe transport of Biological samples in the vapour phase for at least 21 days and are FAA approved for airline shipment.
For further safety, the vapour shippers are enclosed in a high-impact-resistant material to further protect the content of the tank from physical damage.
Temperature maintenance during transit
Our dry-shippers can maintain ultra-low temperatures between -150 and -190 Celsius for at least 21 days. The shipments are also tracked during transit and temperature monitored. Communication lines are always open between our staff, customers, and sending and receiving clinics.
Experienced staff and personnel
The staff of Kryogen System Limited have an average experience of at least 5 years in the Invitro fertilization (IVF) industry and IVF logistics. They know the science, techniques, processes and documentation involved in logistics and to date have not had any compromised shipment.
Customs documentation and clearance
Close monitoring and tracking of the shipments make us up to speed on the location of each shipment and necessary documents always accompany shipments to prevent customs delays.
Pick-up/Delivery method
We aim to have seamless pick-ups and deliveries for every shipment to give our customers a great experience. We work in conjunction with established courier companies that have functional quality management systems and are trusted in handling cold-chain shipments.
Depending on the location of shipments (intra-state/inter-state/international), deliveries may be picked up/delivered by hand but are more often handled by our organized shipment team.
